All your orders above USD 250 will be shipped free of charges.
Please note that all orders are subject to method of payment verification, and if we are unable to verify your purchase in time this can delay your shipment.
Orders are usually confirmed, packaged and dispatched in 1-2 business days after the order is placed. Depending on your location, all orders will be delivered within 5-10 working days except for pre-orders, which may take up to 30 days.
Depending on the product purchased, your order will be wrapped or packed in Harrington garment bags or boxes.
Our packages are only delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays. A signature from an adult over age 21 is required for a successful delivery.
Harrington insures all items against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit until it is delivered to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your package is damaged upon arrival, we recommend that you either refuse the delivery, or make a note when signing for its receipt that you are accepting a damaged box.

As soon as we have shipped your order you will receive an email stating the DHL or FedEx tracking number. You can check the status of your order one to two hours after receiving the email via the link provided.

Cancellation before shipping:
If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can either cancel the order online or by contacting our Customer Support Team via phone +9779802023111 or send us an email at customercare@harringtonwear.com. In such cases, the order will cancelled and the money will be refunded to you, excluding transaction charges, if applicable.
Cancellation after shipping:
If you wish to cancel an order that has been shipped but has not yet been delivered, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and do not accept the delivery of the order. Once we receive the order back and verify its packaging/condition, we will refund your money, excluding transaction charges, if applicable.
If Harrington couldn't serve an order for any reason beyond the control of Harrington, even after giving our best, Harrington reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the money in case of a pre-paid order.
